Job summary

Dutchie is seeking a Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch to own end-to-end launch management across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, and Support. You will drive cross-functional cadences, readiness plans, and customer communications to ensure successful feature adoption.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with senior stakeholders in Revenue Operations and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in SaaS/tech GTM.
• Proven ownership of change management for internal teams and customers.
• Strong analytical orientation to define launch metrics and act on data.
• Proactive communication and risk management to prevent escalations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for feature launches with scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth with statuses and risks.
• Run cross-functional launch cadences with clear ownership and decisions.
• Design and run internal change management for readiness across Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Enablement.
• Design customer-facing change management and rollout sequencing.
