MNTN is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Austin to own internal products that boost Revenue and Operations planning. You’ll define product direction, manage end‑to‑end delivery, and partner with Engineering, Data, and Finance to drive measurable impact.

You will turn data and customer signals into scalable tools, guiding adoption and iteration after launch within a cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product roles focused on workflow automation or related internal products.
• Direct experience in revenue operations, business forecasting, pipeline management, or customer‑intelligence products.
• Track record of owning products end to end, from discovery to iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for forecasting, pipeline management, lead enrichment, and related customer‑intelligence products.
• Build trusted forecasting and pipeline tools for revenue and operations teams.
• Translate customer signals into scalable tools and workflows for timely decisions.
• Identify opportunities to replace fragmented data and manual handoffs with durable product capabilities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand workflows and validate product opportunities.
