Job summary

MNTN is seeking a Manager, Revenue Forecasting & Analytics to lead a team and own forecasting models that drive revenue planning and scenario analysis. You’ll partner across Finance, Revenue, Data, and Engineering to strengthen inputs and scale forecasting capabilities.

This role focuses on building scalable models and driving improvements rather than traditional FP&A tasks, with a people‑first, innovative tech culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial forecasting, strategic finance, or business planning in a tech company.
• 4+ years of people-management experience leading analytics teams.
• Deep expertise building revenue/spend/net revenue forecasting and long‑range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Analytics Engineers, set priorities and drive execution.
• Own forecasting methodology across revenue, spend, net revenue, and planning.
• Design and evolve driver-based forecasting models for executive decision-making.
• Identify data or process gaps affecting forecast accuracy and lead cross-functional fixes.
• Influence Finance, Revenue, Operations, Data, and Engineering to improve data quality and systems.
• Evolve forecasting from spreadsheets to scalable planning platforms.
• Partner with Engineering to deploy forecasting models in data platforms.
