Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to lead the Battlespace Awareness software development. You will drive cross-team execution, ensure alignment with program goals, and maintain rigorous documentation and release processes.

The role requires a strong technical background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, with experience managing complex software programs and obtaining a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Knowledge of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan, including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking and classification.
• Incorporate relevant innovations into the project plan with subject matter experts.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for the project, including specs and reports.
• Oversee planning and execution of the software release process with quality gates.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and risk reviews.
• Monitor resources and adapt allocations to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
