Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Battlespace Awareness software portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, align objectives with program needs, and ensure delivery on schedule.

The role requires a strong technical background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, plus ability to manage multiple sub-teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced defense environment. U.S. security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Experience with optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Maintain a deep understanding of algorithms and interfaces to ensure integration with the larger C2 system.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the project and improve project management processes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the software release process and ensure quality before deployment.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Assess and allocate necessary resources to support the project and monitor utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs to minimize impact on timelines.
• Coordinate with other divisions to ensure software aligns with program priorities.
