Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software and Algorithms to oversee Battlespace Awareness software development. You will manage multi-team delivery, ensure alignment with technical and business needs, and drive releases on schedule.

The role requires strong background in optimization, estimation, and AI/ML, plus experience coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive project management experience in software development.
• Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for software delivery.
• Define objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs.
• Maintain algorithms and interfaces for battle management and threat prediction.
• Coordinate with sub-teams and stakeholders across the program.
• Oversee release management and ensure quality releases.
• Document specifications, manuals, and project reports.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs.
• Collaborate across divisions to meet integration requirements.
