• 7+ years of professional post-bachelor's experience in program management, engineering, or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives within Global Powertrain.
• Onboard new components and systems for predictions with Engineering, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
• Drive program planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making.
• Translate technical concepts and model outputs into clear presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote best practices in analytics program management.
