PACCAR's Advanced Manufacturing team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead development and documentation for manufacturing readiness of new products and programs. You will manage programs in a matrixed environment across divisions to meet schedules and budgets.

The role offers career growth within a Fortune 500 company, with opportunities to work on innovative processes and cost-effective designs, plus travel up to 15% annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• MS/MBA degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience with increasing responsibility in project development or related functions.
• Experience managing stage-gate projects within matrixed organizations across locations/countries.
• Technical aptitude with strong written and verbal communication.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

Mansioni

• Provide project management leadership for Advanced Manufacturing in support of new product development and operational projects.
• Coordinate program activities across multiple PACCAR divisions and departments.
• Lead activities to identify factory requirements for new vehicle programs, including budget, logistics, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate manufacturing scope requests and obtain approvals.
• Develop and manage program budgets, action trackers, and schedules.
• Deliver programs on time and on budget, with proper gate progression.
• Communicate to senior management and across the organization; escalate issues as needed.
• Track metrics such as readiness, defects, and documentation.
