Job summary

PACCAR/Kenworth is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead manufacturing readiness for new product programs within a matrixed environment. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

The role sits in the Advanced Manufacturing team, offering growth, challenging programs, and exposure to cutting-edge vehicle technologies, including electrification and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• MS/MBA degree is preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience with increasing responsibility in project development.
• Experience managing stage-gate projects in matrixed organizations across locations/countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication; technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for Advanced Manufacturing in support of new product development and operational projects.
• Coordinate program activities across multiple PACCAR divisions and departments.
• Lead activities to identify factory requirements for new vehicle programs including budgets and logistics.
• Develop and manage program budgets, action trackers, and schedules.
• Deliver programs on time and on budget, maintaining tollgate phase progression.
• Communicate with senior management and coordinate plant input and feedback.
• Track metrics and prepare program presentations.
