JD Power’s Analytics team, consisting of 200+ professionals, uses a hybrid SAFe approach to coordinate data science, AI/ML, data engineering and software development across automotive data assets. You will drive end-to-end program delivery, plan cycles, and measure KPIs while partnering with product and technology groups.

You will own project plans, align teams on priorities, and optimize delivery velocity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• 5-8 years of project management experience
• Strong accountability and ownership
• Self-starter with limited direction
• Clear communicator for leadership updates
• Experience bridging business objectives and technical execution
• Proficiency in SAFe; Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project experience
• Experience applying AI tools to PM workflows
• Strong RAID discipline, schedule and budget oversight
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP a plus
• North American based with global team availability

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate program increment quarterly planning events and retrospectives
• Track and communicate metrics for transparency and improvement
• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and functions
• Maintain the committed project plan and schedule with transparency
• Drive adoption of product planning practices across the organization
• Apply a hybrid toolkit of technical PM, agile delivery and business analysis
• Address engineering and AI challenges with leads and data scientists
• Partner with Analytics leaders to set KPI objectives and monitor progress
