PACCAR Global Powertrain Advanced Analytics seeks a Technical Program Manager with an engineering background and a passion for data-driven insights to improve product performance and business outcomes.

This role bridges engineering, AI, and program management, driving deployment of AI solutions across the organization. Based in Lewisville, TX, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance analytics initiatives and influence product trajectories.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
Minimum of 7+ years of professional post-bachelor's experience including program management, project management, engineering, analytics, or related roles.
Minimum of 2 years of engineering/automotive product development experience.

Mansioni

Lead cross-functional programs in advanced analytics and predictive modeling within Global Powertrain.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and SMEs to onboard components for predictions.
Define, monitor, and evaluate KPIs to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
Drive program planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution across multiple initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
Translate technical findings into clear presentations for stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and promote analytics best practices.
