PACCAR Financial Corp. is seeking an analytics expert to deliver BI and advanced analytics across Sales & Marketing, Used Equipment, and Credit. You will source data from diverse platforms, build analytic products, and support business efficiency with AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards (Tableau), developing SQL queries, and collaborating with IT and finance to drive digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree in analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of professional analytics experience.
• Proficiency in R/Python for analytics work.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL.
• SQL querying with relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Excel expertise with advanced functions and VBA scripting.
• Data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Data Science initiatives with pricing optimization, product development, and risk/customer insights.
• Deliver timely, accurate analytics to business users at all levels.
• Develop high-performance SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Create and support executive dashboards using Tableau.
• Develop automated deployment pipelines, APIs, and data processing apps.
• Collaborate with IT and regional finance to enable digital transformation.
• Present data science solutions to senior managers and executives.
