Job summary

• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions.
• Drive executive communication, including program status, roadmap alignment, dependency and risk reporting, and customer satisfaction factors.
• Ensure delivery governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities (Business Emphasis)

• Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business
• Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions
• Drive executive communication, including:
  • Program status
  • Roadmap alignment
  • Dependency and risk reporting.
  • Customer Satisfaction factor
• Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact
• Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards

Required Skills
