Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that directly support business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will own program strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment while leveraging technical fluency in Java-based distributed systems and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes and revenue goals.
• Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions.
• Drive executive communication: status, roadmap alignment, dependencies, risks, and customer impact.
• Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact.
• Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities (Business Emphasis)

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals
• Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business
• Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions
• Drive executive communication, including:
  • Program status
  • Roadmap alignment
  • Dependency and risk reporting.
  • Customer Satisfaction factor
• Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact
• Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards

Required Skills
