Damco Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology programs in Fraud Management, Credit Card domain, and Payments delivery. You will drive planning, estimation, budgeting, release management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.

The role demands hands-on involvement in solution planning, technical estimation, and governance, with a focus on delivering value while aligning with business objectives and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Fraud Management, Credit Card, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across Fraud, Credit Card, and Payments-related programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and releases using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish project success metrics and monitor progress against defined objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and define project scope.
