Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee customer-facing and internal programs within the Merchant Fraud platform modernization initiative. You will align business unit objectives with technology solutions, and coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets for timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and experience managing large enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of project and/or program management experience, including large enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of product development process, software lifecycle, and agile program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience in executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of stakeholders including project managers, product managers, architects, developers and technical consultants.
• Manage program scope to align with stakeholder agreements and proper charter.
• Develop an integrated schedule with milestones, resources, and constraints to ensure timely completion and ROI.
• Manage program risks and issues (technical and non-technical) with identification, evaluation, tracking and communication.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to build strong cross-functional teams to address program challenges.
• Facilitate negotiations on resource constraints to reach consensus across stakeholders and project managers.
• Provide status updates and executive dashboard reporting for stakeholders.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects and establish deadlines and budgets.
