Cvent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the cross-functional Anti-Fraud Program within the STAR team. You will own fraud detection, response, and governance across external and internal domains, coordinating specialists and driving durable, measurable capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fraud management, SaaS/payments experience, and strong analytical skills to deliver executive-ready insights and actionable improvements across the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in fraud management, financial crime, risk, or similar fields.
• At least 1–2 years in a lead or people-management capacity.
• Experience at a SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or payments company (payment facilitator/platform).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into executive-ready reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales/CS, and Legal.

Responsabilidades

• Define and run the cross-functional Anti-Fraud Program: scope, governance, RACI, and KPIs.
• Lead federated working groups and report fraud KPIs to leadership.
• Own the program roadmap and prioritize quick wins using existing tooling.
• Oversee detection/response for external fraud (payments, registrations, promotions, etc.).
• Coordinate internal fraud investigations end-to-end and liaise with Legal as needed.
• Develop and exercise fraud playbooks; continuously improve controls.
