Citi is seeking a Fraud Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technology oversight for fraud initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan and execute complex programs, define success metrics, and manage trade-offs to sustain customer trust.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management within financial services technology and strong communication skills to articulate goals and progress to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in an application support environment.
• Experience managing large technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
• In-depth understanding of microservices, API, Rest/SOAP, On Prem/Cloud.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements for multiple large development projects.
• Ability to use AI for day-to-day program management tasks.

• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels by establishing success metrics.

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic and recommend solutions.
• Provide expertise in area with advanced understanding of application support.
• Aptitude for analyzing complex problems, developing practical solutions, and making timely decisions.

8+ years' experience project management experience within an application support environment

• Track record for managing large scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodology
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or similar project management tools
• In depth technical understanding of software components such as Microservices, API, Rest/SOAP, On Prem/Cloud, etc.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Capacity to influence decision-making and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder needs with project objectives.
• Ability to use AI for day-to-day program management work.
