Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry-related business development.
• Must reside in the Region IL/IN/MI/OH/KY.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience selling in a MTO environment.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies; focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the assigned prospect accounts and deliver significant sales growth through winning new opportunities.
• Establish relationships in new accounts and identify key stakeholders to engage and sell.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as their go-to resource for solutions.
• Use insight and consultative selling to link client needs to the company capabilities.
• Partner with Application Engineering and Plant Engineering to accelerate new wins.
• Prepare and drive pursuit plans to speed relationship development and deal closure.
