Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a Technical Product Owner for a project-based role in Centennial, CO. You will partner with engineers, designers, and data specialists to translate business intent into clear product direction and lead Agile delivery with AI-enabled practices.

Responsibilities include governance, defining specs and acceptance criteria, guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and maintaining a single source of truth across strategy, decisions, risks, and technical context.

Qualifications

• Several years of product development experience as Product/Project/Program Manager using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business intent into clear product direction and specifications.
• Experience leading technical teams in delivery using AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, release management).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance, cadence, Agile events, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners to define product, create clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria tied to OKRs.
• Own product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Maintain the shared context hub with strategy, decisions, risks and technical context, using AI tooling to stay current.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues and risks, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate approach and document toolchains.
• Apply prompts, templates, and AI workflows to support requirements, documentation, analysis, and backlog management.
• Test ideas with lightweight prototypes and refine product direction.
