You will partner with clients and engineering to ensure clarity, traceability, and measurable outcomes, leveraging AI tools for analysis and drafting while maintaining accountability for artifacts.

The role emphasizes discovery, requirements, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience defining requirements with clients and stakeholders, backlog maintenance, and prepping work for development.
• Regular use of AI tools to draft and analyze requirements, with demonstrated review discipline.
• Hands-on experience with prioritization techniques and feature definition, including acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the team backlog as the single ordered list of work and decide what to pursue, defer, or decline.
• Define product requirements with clients, stakeholders, and users; own PRDs and feature definitions with acceptance criteria.
• Use AI tools to synthesize feedback, draft specifications, and surface gaps; verify AI output against evidence.
• Lead discovery using user research, usability testing, usage data, and client conversations to define problems and outcomes.
• Negotiate scope to focus on valuable outcomes and validate client requests against contracts.
