Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant to lead technical projects and provide business analysis in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. You will oversee portfolios, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business outcomes while working with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid/onsite setting.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting, strong Agile/SAFe, and experience with AI‑enabled delivery tools. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and various certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into deliverables.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with business, product, technology, and operations.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and AI‑enabled tooling in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex technical projects or portfolios from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Ensure deliverables integrate into a cohesive end‑to‑end solution and deliver outcomes.
• Build client relationships with proactive status reporting and risk management.
