Job summary

Workday seeks a Technical Product Marketer for the Developer Platform in the Boulder area. You will be the developer voice within Platform Marketing, ensuring credible, developer-friendly messaging across Workday Build, Workday AI Platform, and the agent ecosystem.

You will translate platform complexity into clear narratives for developers, support launches and education, and collaborate with Developer Relations and product management to align on priorities and messaging across GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of product/technical marketing or related roles.
Minimum 3 years creating developer-facing content such as demos, blogs, documentation, or API content.
Experience working with software platforms, APIs, cloud applications, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Own developer-facing technical content across the platform, including demos, blogs, solution briefs, API narratives, and developer documentation direction.
Serve as a technical reviewer and creator for go-to-market strategy, ensuring platform messaging is accurate and meaningful to developers.
Translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives that developers can understand and use.
Partner with Developer Relations to understand developers’ needs and priorities within the Workday ecosystem.
Collaborate with portfolio product management to align on roadmap and product positioning for developers.
