Job summary

Workday is seeking a Technical Product Marketer for the Developer Platform. You’ll serve as the developer voice, ensuring credible, developer-friendly content across demos, blogs, API narratives, and docs.

Your work will support launches, education, and community engagement across Workday Build, AI Platform, and the agent ecosystem. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives, partner with Developer Relations, and provide market perspectives to product positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, developer relations, product management, or a related role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating technical content for developer or technical audiences (demos, blogs, documentation, API content, or launch materials).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with software platforms, developer tools, APIs, integrations, cloud applications, AI platforms, or enterprise tech.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to bring technical products to market.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into clear messaging and external content.

Responsibilities

• Own developer-facing technical content across the platform, including demos, blogs, solution briefs, API narratives, and documentation direction.
• Review and create go-to-market content to ensure platform messaging is credible and meaningful to developers.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear narratives for developers across Workday Build, Workday AI Platform, and agent ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to understand developers’ needs and priorities.
• Work with portfolio product management to align on roadmap and bring a developer and market perspective to positioning.
• Improve the quality of developer-facing content by defining and upholding technical credibility.
