Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to lead requirements, backlog ownership, market adoption, and revenue growth for the spectrum dominance portfolio. You will translate complex defense requirements and advanced R&D algorithms into software features, firmware, and intuitive operator experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
- Experience translating complex algorithms into software requirements and user stories.
- Security clearance: active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months; US citizenship.
- Must be a US citizen due to government contracts.
Responsibilities
- Translate DoD mission requirements into structured user stories and specs.
- Transform LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into feature sets and operator UX.
- Own spectrum dominance software and firmware backlog and interfaces with waveform architecture.
- Coordinate with R&D, software, operations, and GTM to align delivery timelines.
- Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
