Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a technically seasoned Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog, and adoption of our spectrum dominance suite. You will bridge R&D algorithms with software, firmware, and operator experiences, ensuring alignment with defense needs and market delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong working knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, or MANETs.
• Ability to translate highly complex mathematical algorithms, scientific concepts, or military use cases into structured, clear software requirements and user stories.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract DoD mission requirements, mathematical signal analysis concepts, and electromagnetic spectrum operations needs into structured user stories and technical specifications.
• Translate complex, cutting-edge LPI/LPD and anti-jam techniques into a clear feature set with an intuitive operator experience.
• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog, requirements definition, and user experience for spectrum dominance features.
• Partner with R&D, software engineering, operations, and GTM teams to align product execution with business strategy and delivery timelines.
• Travel up to 25% to support field testing, customer integrations or meetings.
