You will bridge R&D and GTM teams, shaping user experiences for advanced waveform systems.

The role is hybrid in Irvine with some travel up to 25-50% and remote-work eligibility based on location. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and sales is key to market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, or MANETs.
• Ability to translate complex algorithms/military use cases into software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD mission requirements into structured user stories and specs.
• Partner with R&D to translate LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into features.
• Own end-to-end software/firmware backlog and user experience for spectrum dominance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to meet release timelines.
• Travel up to 25% for field tests and customer engagements.
