Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a motivated Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog ownership, market adoption, and revenue growth. Translate defense requirements and advanced algorithms into software features, firmware, and operator experiences, bridging R&D, engineering, and GTM teams.

The role is based at Irvine, CA with a hybrid schedule; on-site Mon-Wed in Irvine and Thu in West LA HQ, with 25–50% travel. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD mission requirements and signal processing concepts into structured software requirements and user stories.
• Translate LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into clear feature sets for the spectrum dominance suite.
• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
• Partner with R&D and software engineering to ensure waveform integration with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences via Jira to enable rapid delivery.
