Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers, and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.

You will collaborate across teams to design, test, and deploy Sage Intacct-based solutions, align with client processes, and drive successful project outcomes while supporting customer success and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five or more years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or related SaaS solutions.
• Experience as a business analyst communicating with customers, end users and technical staff.
• Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable technical solutions.
• Experience across a broad array of business processes and data mapping.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; programming experience is a plus.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team, managing multiple customers and supporting design and development of software solutions.
• Gather requirements, define solutions, coordinate with development, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and stay current on product features.
• Define and rollout solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements into software solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
