Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to collaborate with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills; work eligibility in the U.S. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers, project managers and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate with the development team, test and train.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and modules and stay updated on features.
• Define rollout plans for integrations with Sage Intacct and related business processes.
• Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements into BTs methodologies.
