Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into Sage Intacct–based software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to ensure high adoption and satisfaction across finance systems.

This role emphasizes requirements gathering, hands‑on solution design, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver impactful financial software deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• Five+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or related SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member for designing and supporting software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define solutions, coordinate with developers, test, train, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features.
• Define and support rollout of Sage Intacct–integrated solutions based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Train customer end‑users and map requirements to software functionality.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
