Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into software solutions using Sage Intacct.

You'll collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support and Marketing, manage multiple clients, and help drive on-time, on-budget deployment while growing your career within a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS, or CS.
• 5+ years in Sage Intacct or ERP/fin SaaS implementations.
• Experience communicating with customers and development teams.
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Excel pivots, VLOOKUP, macros.

Responsibilities

• Design and support software solutions aligning with client requirements.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and lead test and training.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and modules.
• Define rollout plans for custom Sage Intacct integrations.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train end-users and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing.
• Provide clear, client-focused communications.
• Escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through firm-wide programs.
