Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own network ecosystem integrations with Cisco IQ.

You’ll work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify integration use cases and prioritize them based on value, delivering proof-of-concept demos tied to real-world workflows. You’ll influence the product lifecycle by prioritizing demos, proposing functionality improvements, and developing API- and MCP-driven solutions that connect Cisco IQ with network operations tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong background with APIs, MCPs, network automation, and knowledge of network operations toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Technical Responsibility: Maintain technical responsibility of integrations with Cisco IQ, including the use cases and demos that show how Cisco IQ connects to network operations workflows.
• Customer & Industry Intelligence: Identify integration use cases that connect Cisco IQ with network operations workflows and third-party tools.
• Product Lifecycle Influence: Prioritize integration demos based on impact to customer and partner value, and provide recommendations for functionality improvements based on that feedback.
• Integration Demo Development: Develop integration demos that show how Cisco IQ can be used with APIs, MCPs, and network automation to improve network operations.
• Customer & Technical Engagement: Engage in technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate integration use cases and gather feedback.
• Education & Content Development: Guide the creation of field and stakeholder collateral, including integration demos and methodology documents.
