Job summary

You will own the integration program, track timelines, drive onboarding of new integrations, and ensure security, privacy, and go-to-market alignment across Cisco business units and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a platform used by multiple product teams.
• Led an integration from planning through production with at least two teams.
• Launched a self-service capability with an API or contract docs.
• Managed a SaaS/cloud product with multi-tenancy and identity controls.
• Produced a one-page decision brief for executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own how Cisco products integrate with Cloud Control; set plans, owners, dependencies, sequences and launch dates.
• Define integration tiers and shared requirements for identity, entitlements, navigation, telemetry and UX.
• Build a self-service path with contracts, APIs, sandboxes, validation tools and a checklist for product teams.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate with engineering, design, and Cisco teams across units.
• Track integration time, self-service adoption, defects, and deployment milestones in year one.
