Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a results-driven Product Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise platform capabilities.

You will drive discovery with Fortune 500 partners, translate insights into PRDs, and collaborate with software engineering, system architecture, and design to deliver scalable API-first features. You will champion agentic AI integrations and lead early access programs, using telemetry to inform roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
4+ years in product management delivering enterprise software or networking platforms.
Experience with modern API architectures and standards.
Experience using agentic AI tools to improve workflows and accelerate development lifecycles.
Structured customer discovery and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise platform capabilities.
Drive customer discovery and translate insights into PRDs and roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, and marketing to deliver API-first features.
Champion agentic AI integrations and run early access programs.
