Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own network ecosystem integrations with Cisco IQ. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify integration use cases and develop proof-of-concept demos using real-world scenarios.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, integration demos with APIs, MCPs, and network automation to improve operations, plus engagement with stakeholders to gather feedback and guide collateral development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong background with APIs, MCPs, network automation, and knowledge of network operations toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical responsibility of integrations with Cisco IQ, including the use cases and demos that show how Cisco IQ connects to network operations workflows.
• Identify integration use cases with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to connect Cisco IQ with network operations workflows and third‑party tools.
• Prioritize integration demos based on impact to customer and partner value, and provide recommendations for functionality improvements based on that feedback.
• Develop integration demos that show how Cisco IQ can be used with APIs, MCPs, and network automation to improve network operations.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate integration use cases and gather feedback.
• Guide the creation of field and stakeholder collateral, including integration demos and methodology documents, that show how Cisco IQ integrates with network operations tools.
