Job summary

The role emphasizes API and MCP-based integrations, prioritizing demos by value and guiding collateral creation to support field and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong background with APIs, MCPs, network automation, and knowledge of network operations toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Technical Responsibility: Maintain technical responsibility of integrations with Cisco IQ, including the use cases and demos that show how Cisco IQ connects to network operations workflows.
• Customer & Industry Intelligence: Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify integration use cases that connect Cisco IQ with network operations workflows and third-party tools.
• Product Lifecycle Influence: Prioritize integration demos based on impact to customer and partner value, and provide recommendations for functionality improvements based on that feedback.
• Integration Demo Development: Develop integration demos that show how Cisco IQ can be used with APIs, MCPs, and network automation to improve network operations.
• Customer & Technical Engagement: Engage in technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate integration use cases and gather feedback.
• Education & Content Development: Guide the creation of field and stakeholder collateral, including integration demos and methodology documents, that show how Cisco IQ integrates with network operations tools.
