ServiceNow is seeking a senior lead to own the multi-quarter roadmap for legal AI and platform initiatives. You will deliver epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for iterative development, while prototyping AI agents and collaborating with Product to turn successful builds into customer-facing features.
