• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery, hiring, and executive communication skills.
• Directly manage and mentor a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers, engineers, and QA staff.
• Establish clear communication norms, documentation practices, and handoff processes to keep a globally distributed team aligned.
