Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical product management, systems implementation, or platform ownership within a corporate environment.
• Experience owning a multi-platform product roadmap spanning legal tech and matter management systems.
• Experience directing CLM implementations and managing legal workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise eSignature platforms as integration points; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the multi-year product roadmap for Legal Technology platforms.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and OKRs with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Own delivery and integration of CLM, LSD, and matter management systems.
• Define enterprise integration strategy connecting legal systems with Salesforce and eSignature platforms.
• Shape long-range technology strategy including build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead AI initiatives with Claude for Legal and other platforms, scaling to production.
• Prioritize automation opportunities and manage vendor relationships.
• Translate technology capability into business outcomes for executive audiences.
