Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned technical product manager to own a multi-quarter AI and platform roadmap for the legal technology team within the Global Business Services Experience group. You’ll prototype with AI, collaborate with Product, and translate workflows into features attorneys rely on daily.

You will lead discovery with legal and business teams, design AI agents, and ensure production readiness with engineering review, while reporting impact to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management with multi-quarter roadmaps
• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms
• Experience shipping generative or agentic AI features
• Experience defining evaluation methods for AI applications
• Experience on agile teams writing epics and user stories
• Clear executive communication: summarize portfolio status, value, risk
• Strong stakeholder management across legal, business, and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-quarter roadmap for legal AI and platform initiatives across Contract Management Pro, Legal Service Delivery, and connected systems
• Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from
• Prioritize a busy backlog with clear tradeoffs and say no when needed
• Lead discovery with legal and business teams to translate opportunities into prioritized requirements
• Build AI agents for legal work and ensure production readiness with engineering review
• Partner with Product to co-develop enhancements for customer-facing releases
• Report AI impact to senior leadership monthly and quarterly
