Amazon is seeking a hands-on, AI-native Product Manager - Technical to transform how legal work gets done for ASCS. This role blends deep technical influence with practical product delivery, building AI agents and automation while aligning engineering roadmaps with legal risk management.

You will bring credibility with engineers, design with privacy and compliance in mind, and ship AI tooling that frees the legal team to focus on judgment while driving end-to-end product delivery and strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, or technology experience.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that scale the legal team's impact.
Own a clear customer experience and roadmap for legal tooling.
Engage credibly with ASCS engineering teams early in their roadmaps, evaluate technical proposals and architecture trade-offs, and shape design decisions.
Identify technical intersections where compliance can be built into the product, foresee the consequences of design choices, and surface the associated legal risks back to the legal team.
Think big about how automation makes coordination unnecessary and scales impact.
