Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive integrated solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS. You will own system-level requirements and performance specs, translating defense needs into turnkey packages for field deployments.

Requires 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering, US SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain), and US citizenship. Travel up to 25–50% with remote/hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
• Oversee lifecycle and releases of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future integrated solutions.
• Capture customer and field feedback for product updates and adoption.
