Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive integrated solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS. The role emphasizes translating defense requirements into turnkey products, owning system specs, and managing cross-functional teams across hardware and software engineering.

You will oversee end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate with sales, field engineering, and customers to optimize performance, latency, and integration quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen for government contracts.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless RF systems, mesh networking, SDRs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into hardware/software requirements for integrated solutions.
• Own backlog, sprint planning, and release cadence for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and related systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver turnkey configurations.
• Bridge R&D, operations, sales, and GTM to align execution with strategy.
• Define performance specs, throughput, latency, and trade-offs for integrated packages.
