Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to lead the system-wide requirements, performance specs, and turnkey integration of our PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS platforms. You will own the technical backlog and drive cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and field teams.
The role demands deep RF/networking expertise, a track record in defense/aerospace programs, and the ability to travel up to 25–50% while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless sectors.
- Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
- U.S. citizenship required for government contracts.
Responsibilities
- Translate mission capabilities into detailed technical requirements and stories.
- Define end-to-end performance specs for Integrated Solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS.
- Collaborate with hardware/software teams to deliver turnkey systems and field-ready configurations.
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
