Job summary
HCA Healthcare ITG seeks a Manager Technical Product to lead interoperability and healthcare data exchange initiatives across payer and provider ecosystems. You will own the product roadmap, define API strategies, and partner with engineers, compliance, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will translate clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable work items, drive analytics and KPIs, and guide the team from discovery through production rollout, ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading product management for healthcare interoperability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of API strategies, data exchange standards, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for healthcare interoperability and payer integration.
- Define and prioritize capabilities for FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, EDI/X12, and clinical data exchange.
- Translate healthcare payer/provider requirements into epics, features and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, compliance and security to deliver reusable integration products.
- Define KPIs and drive product analytics, adoption, and partner onboarding.
- Engage with external partners to define integration requirements and timelines.
