Job summary

Long Tail Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Healthcare Interoperability & Integration, to own the EMR integration roadmap for AppealAssist and CareAssist. You will collaborate with engineering on embedded launch, write-back, and data ingestion, and configure admin/tenant settings for customers.

The role requires fluency in healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR) and experience integrating with EMR systems (Epic/Cerner) in a healthcare SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field.
Preferred: HL7/FHIR standards experience, EMR integration credentials (Epic/Cerner).
4+ years of product or technical product management experience, with direct EMR integration in healthcare SaaS.

Responsibilities

Integration Ownership: Own the roadmap and requirements for EMR integration across both AppealAssist and CareAssist.
Onboarding Support: Scope and support integration work for new customer onboarding, including EMR-specific configuration and data mapping.
Admin & Configuration: Own requirements for admin/tenant configuration capabilities for customers.
Cross-Product Standards: Maintain consistent integration patterns across both products.
