Job summary

HCA Healthcare ITG is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Nashville to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a third-party oncology solution. You will coordinate clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams to ensure safe integration into oncology workflows and enterprise systems.

You will translate oncology needs into prioritized capabilities, deployment plans, measurable outcomes, and ongoing support processes, while managing risks and driving adoption across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex technology implementations or enterprise product deployments in healthcare.
• Experience with oncology or clinical systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product execution for the oncology solution from design to deployment.
• Coordinate vendor, clinical, operational, and IT workstreams for integration and adoption.
• Define workflows to improve clinician efficiency, patient safety, and data quality.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
