Job summary

HCA Healthcare ITG is seeking a Consulting Automation Analyst to drive automation initiatives across payer interoperability and healthcare data exchanges. You will partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable requirements, epics, and user stories, and guide implementation across enterprise systems.

You will also support QA, ensure compliance with HIPAA and data standards, and mentor teammates while leveraging standards like FHIR, REST, HL7, and EDI/X12

Qualifications

Experience translating business requirements into product and system solutions.
Strong documentation, workshops, and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior analysis resource for healthcare payer interoperability initiatives.
Translate business objectives and regulatory needs into detailed requirements.
Develop epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
Support interoperability products using FHIR, REST APIs, HL7, and EDI/X12.
Collaborate with QA, architects, and product management to ensure correct delivery.
