Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for enterprise data exchange products and capabilities, enabling secure, scalable data sharing across ecosystems. You will partner with business, technology, data governance, privacy, security, and external stakeholders to drive interoperability and trusted data assets.

This role includes leading roadmaps, owning the product backlog, and representing the product in governance meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities with input from teams.
• Operate as accountable owner for designated product/tools.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
